My name is Margaret Kerdock and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona and I am a professional graphic designer of 15 years. One afternoon at the end of July, my best friend JoAnn (who was visiting from NH) and I had just come in from a day of sun and fun out by the pool. My mom had come to us and asked if we would try these efusjon drinks. She must have known we were thirsty because she brought over some ice cold efusjon raw. She caught us at a "prime" time being outside in this Arizona heat. Well played, I might add :-) I kind of looked at her and shrugged, initially reluctant to try it because of my thoughts on energy drinks in general. My friend JoAnn willingly said, "Lets crack one open, we can share it if we don't like it". To my suprise, our eyes lit up and we both said, "Wow this is really good!" and got my own can....I wanted one for myself!
Well, I think once she saw our reaction and got the "green light" she then was in a "strike while the iron is hot" mode. Although I was admittedly reluctant at the possibility of becoming involved myself, her excitement surrounding the product and business was obvious. After all she is my mom...so I thought, well I can at least give her the respect of listening before I completely shut her down. After all I have a duty as her daughter, to listen even if you don't want to hear what she has to say. As she began to explain the details of efusjon, I respected her passion on the topic but took the information being handed to me with a grain of salt. My initial skepticism toward joining the company was not specific to efusjon but because I did not really have the information I needed. I was interested enough to where I agreed to attend an efusjon meeting with her and meet everyone that was on her "team". I have to admit, I also agreed to go because there are a couple of people already involved in efusjon that I truly respect as business minded individuals who are very accomplished in the network marketing industry. I know that if they are excited about something as well, that I may as well see what this is all about.
My friend JoAnn and I walked in to a very welcoming bunch of people. Smiling faces, efusjon drinks set out on the counter, we even had our own efusjon bartender offering champagne and orange juice to add to these wonderful acai berry drinks. How lucky were we? And then I thought, are you giving me alcohol with my efusjon to catch me at a vulnerable state? Ah, but I kid! No, in all seriousness, you could sense the excitement in the room about this, and still, at this point I had no idea what efusjon was really all about.
There was some chatter about the business among the already enrolled and as I sat there and listened I found myself even more intrigued. I enjoy people who are passionate about things that are important to them. So to share that enthusiasm with them was what I had in my mind to do. As time went on, we all talked, laughed and were having a great time. We sat down to watch the Efusjon Boom video. From beginning to end, when the opportunity was explained, i found myself becoming very excited about the information being relayed to me. The video ended and I thought, a healthy alternative to energy drinks, and soda or coffee. I used to have very unhealthy eating and drinking habits. Over the past year I worked very hard to get back in shape and live a healthier life. So for me, putting something into my body that is good for me and can give me all of this nutritional value... Why not?! Efusjon just seemed to fit right into my lifestyle the second I learned about it. I then thought to myself, Do you know what this means? I can drink something that is healthy for me, I can help others become healthier AND make make money at the same time. That was all I needed to know. I signed up as soon as I got up from my chair and my friend JoAnn signed up the very next day under me.
I admit, I was a tad confused about this Matrix they had been talking about in the compensation plan. I thought the only Matrix I knew about was in the movie theatre a while back with Keanu Reeves! But seriously, at that moment I didn't need to hear anything else. Do you know when you have a gut feeling and are immediately excited about something but don't fully know why? Well, we just went with it and felt really good about it. Not one time did I feel, did I make the wrong decision and I am sure that JoAnn agrees. Now here I am a couple of months later, with an extraordinary team. A few of them being my sister, my mother and my best friend from NH. How lucky am I to be sharing this excitement with the people that I love so much, my team members who have been so supportive and everyone else out there in the efusjon village?! My journey with efusjon, although a short time has changed me in many ways.
People who are around me or know me the most, have been repeatedly saying, what happened to Margaret? You are determined, you are focused, you are so excited and happy. I am constantly walking around with a smile on my face. And people know that when I am excited about something I am passionate about, I go full force. And that has not happened to me in a very long time. I am so grateful for efusjon and it coming into my path when it did. Like I have said, I have only been in this for a couple of months. I already have my three and will continue helping others get their three. Efusjon has given myself and many others an opportunity to succeed in ways that you never thought it could. It is a stepping stone to so many great phases in your life, financially and personally. I am usually up late at night thinking about efusjon, and not because I am worried about where my future with efusjon will go. But because I am so excited to be a part of this company that I can barely stand it. The support, the fellow members, the comp plan, and everything that is efusjon. This is a chance for everybody to make their dreams come true and I truly know that efusjon and the people behind it will make that happen. What I have done and will continue to do...
Do everything you can to keep your efusjon family excited about what has happened and what is in store for us in the future. Let them know that you are there for them, no matter who/where they are. Lending an ear, a visit, a phone call to someone who needs guidance, or who needs to be reminded what this business is about and why it's so exciting. Everyone is in this together and that is what I love about this company. Family & friends are extremely important to me and I hold those values very close to my heart. When you have family and friends in your life who you value/love so much, life is pretty damn good as it is. But to add the efusjon family into my life is truly as blessing as well. I can't tell you how many people I have met through efusjon on Facebook who don't know me from a stranger on the street. All they know is that I am excited about efusjon with them, and they welcome you with "virtual" open arms. Each one of them has affected me in some way and left a smile on my face at one point or another. That is what family is about and I am truly proud to be a part of this efusjon family.
I look forward to the next year and many years to come with efusjon. I truly hope that everyone out there, who is not involved with efusjon will have the chance to have this opportunity presented to them. How amazing is it to be in the position to help others achieve their goals/dreams, to benefit from a company that is there for you all the way, to be able to stand behind your products, to be excited about it AND make a substantial income at the same? It truly is the easiest decision you can make in your life. The only excuse you have to not succeed is that you do not want to succeed. And who in their right mind can honestly say that? If you join efusjon, and you become apart of the efusjon family you will make money, you will meet fantastic people and you will have more fun than you can ever imagine.
